Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of Surgical Technology program required.
• Certification as Surgical Technologist required or 3 years of surgical tech experience.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) required upon hire; CST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary duties in scrub role and provides patient care under RN supervision.
• Collaborates with licensed staff to ensure patient safety and care quality.
• Supports diverse age groups with critical thinking and problem-solving in the surgical setting.
