Description:Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years of experience.The role involves working in a cardiovascular operating room setting.The unit typically handles 22-45 cases per day across various specialties.Inpatient and outpatient cases are expected, with 35-40% being add-ons.Technicians will be certified in Basic Life Support and must have a WA state license.The facility operates with a Level 3 trauma designation.There is a call requirement of 5-6 days for technicians per month.Call begins at 9 PM and ends at 6:30 AM the following morning.Weekend call consists of 12-hour shifts.Response time for call is expected to be 30 minutes.Holidays are covered by rotation among staff.Common types of cases include general surgery, bowel resection, GYN, and urology procedures.Technicians may be required to scrub for various surgical specialties.Housing may present challenges, and block scheduling will be implemented.
