Description:Position available for a Cardiac Surgical Technologist in the operating room.The role requires experience in cardiovascular procedures.Candidates should be comfortable wearing lead.Support on the unit includes a supervisor/manager, assistant manager, and team leads for each service line.Anesthesia will be provided by CRNAs and an anesthesiologist.Equipment representatives and an orderly will assist with room turnover.Technology used includes Cerner for EMR, Alaris for IV pumps, and Pyxis for medication dispensing.Call requirements are negotiable for both surgical technologists and RNs.Weekend rotation involves 1 weekend day per 4-week schedule, with possible additional weekend shifts for surgical technologists.Holiday expectations are minimal and depend on the schedule.Major holidays are recognized in the operating room.Scrubs are provided for the position.The facility operates 24/7 with specific hours for CVOR.Specific scheduling details will be discussed during the interview.
