Cynet Health is seeking a Surgical Tech for CVOR CST to support complex cardiac/vascular procedures. The role requires at least two years of scrub experience, AHA BLS, and may involve 12-hour shifts with a Monday–Friday rotation and weekend call. Ideal candidates have transplant experience and Level I hospital exposure.
Shifts are day-based, with 17–26 weeks duration, and may include 4x12-hour shifts. CRT skills in CABG, LVAD, and thoracic robotic surgery are highly valued.

Strong skills in cardiac/thoracic procedures including ECMO, CABG, LVAD, thoracic robotic surgery (Da Vinci Xi), lobectomy, mitral valves, VATS, and lung resection.
Description:Day/Evening shifts, 12-hour shifts from 10:40 PM to 11:10 PM with a Monday-Friday rotation.Weekend call starts at 3 PM Friday until 7 AM Monday.You will not be scheduled the Friday you are on weekend call.The position may include 17 to 26 weeks, with consideration for 4x12 shifts.Strongest skills should be in cardiac/thoracic procedures.Experience with abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, angioplasty/stenting, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), and other associated surgical procedures is required.The surgical technologist prepares the operating room prior to surgery.Promotes patient safety during surgery and provides assistance to the surgeon.Cares for the instruments and supplies used in surgery, while effectively caring for patients of all age groups (neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric).Travelers will work independently and be comfortable scrubbing solo.Must be willing to float as needed.A telemetry exam may be required before the start of the assignment.
