Job summary

Cynet Health in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Surgical Tech – CVOR CST for a 1-year contract. The role requires active CST credentials (NBSTSA) and Open Heart experience, with the CVOR specialty and duties across multiple procedures.

You will assist in general, robotics (DaVinci and Mako Orthopaedics), Urology, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, GYN and Orthopedics, including total knee/hip cases. Standard shift is 3×12 hours; on-site with 6:30 AM–5:00 PM and occasional later shifts.

Qualifications

• Active CST credential NBSTSA required.
• Open Heart experience required.
• Experience with robotics (DaVinci & Mako) and diverse surgical areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in CVOR with open heart and complex procedures.

Description:1 Year Contract - Must be actively credentialed CST with NBSTSA.Must have Open Heart experience.Experienced in General, Robotics (DaVinci & Mako Ortho), Urology, ENT, Neuro (including cervical fusion and lumbar laminectomy), Plastics (including abdominoplasty and breast augmentation), GYN.Specializing in orthopedic procedures, including total knee replacements and total hips (both anterior and posterior approach).

Shift: 40 hours; 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with 30% 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM shifts per department needs.

Occasional weekend work required.On-call: 6 weekdays and 6 weekends calls in a 6-week work schedule.
