Description:The position requires a qualified Cardiovascular OR Tech with a strong background in surgical technology.Candidates must have experience in various cardiovascular procedures, including but not limited to coronary artery bypass grafts, valve replacements, and endovascular repairs.Aseptic technique and familiarity with surgical instruments and technologies are essential.Flexibility in scheduling is required, including 1 call shift per week and 1 full weekend per month.Candidates should be prepared to float to general procedures when not busy in CVOR.Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary for effective collaboration in a surgical environment.This role involves direct patient care and requires adherence to infection control protocols and universal precautions.Candidates will participate in the documentation and maintenance of surgical records, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Ability to handle stress and make quick decisions during emergencies is crucial.Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
