Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our CVOR team. You will maintain a sterile field, prepare supplies and equipment, and support the intraoperative team including the nurse and surgeon.

The ideal candidate has a Surgical Technology program completion, BLS certification, and 2+ years of OR experience. Ophthalmology experience is a plus; multilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Surgical Technology Program or comparable education.
• BLS certification is required.
• 2+ years of OR experience.
• CST certification preferred.
• Ophthalmology experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field throughout procedures.
• Obtain needed supplies and equipment.
• Uphold patient safety standards.
• Assist RN and surgeon during the intraoperative period.
• Assist surgeon during operative and invasive procedures.
• Ensure operating suite is prepared for procedures.
• Monitor PAR level of surgical instruments and supplies.
