Description:This position is for a backfill contract for a CST in the operating room.The contract duration is 13 weeks.The work schedule involves day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.On-call shifts are required, with a minimum of 4 to 5 on-call shifts per 6-week period.Associates will perform a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to appendectomies, cholecystectomies, spine fusions, total joints, craniotomies, mastectomies, and DIEP flaps.Ideal candidates should have experience working in multiple service lines such as orthopedic, neuro, general, and robotic surgery.The successful candidate should be flexible, self-directed, and possess a positive attitude.Attention to teamwork is essential, as staff members collaborate to ensure optimal patient care.Scrubs will be provided, but closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required.This unit features a supportive environment with low turnover rates and opportunities for team bonding and recognition initiatives.The department is equipped with advanced technology and equipment to facilitate cutting-edge surgical procedures.Candidates who meet the required qualifications are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team.
