Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Surgical Tech in Helena, MT to assist surgical teams across orthopedic and other specialties. The role requires strong teamwork, careful attention to sterile technique, and experience with Epic EMR.

On-call duties include 5–6 shifts every six weeks in a fast-paced operating room environment. The position requires at least 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience, heavy joint/orthopedic exposure, and a BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Heavy total joint and orthopedic experience required
• BLS certification required
• Experience in fast-paced surgical environment and teamwork essential

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams in elective and emergent surgeries
• Support surgeries including orthopedic, gynecological, robotic, urology, general, ENT, and spine procedures
• Handle on-call shifts: 5–6 shifts within a 6-week period
• Operate within the Epic EMR system; scrubs provided; maintain sterile technique
