Description:We are seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team.The facility has 109 licensed beds and functions as an advanced primary stroke center.We have 5 operating rooms and handle an average of 20-22 cases per day.Surgical experience of 1-2 years is required.First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Candidates must have knowledge and experience in the aforementioned patient types and common diagnoses.Required licensure includes BLS, and certification is preferred from an accredited surgical tech program.The Department provides support through OR transporters, charge nurses, and phlebotomy.There is a 24/7 RT and hospitalist team available in the facility.Anesthesia services are managed by CRNAs.

Scheduling includes a weekend rotation with on-call requirements approximately every 5th to 6th weekend.Travelers can expect to work 75% of holidays while on call.Requests for time off will require manager approval.Scrub color is designated as OR scrubs, which are provided.This position promotes a supportive and collaborative work environment within the operating room.
