Description:Client has incorporated a strict attendance policy to advocate for their patient population.Any contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be terminated effective immediately.Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed favorably.The surgical services represent a full spectrum of procedures and tests across various specialties.General elective surgeries as well as critical or life-saving procedures are a focus.The organization was the first to provide many surgical techniques and tools and continues to enhance care and outcomes for all surgical patients.A skills checklist completed within one year of application is required.Physical copies of certifications are only required if listed above.Full-time employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.Must be available for one night of call per week and one weekend shift per month from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
