Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently completed an approved surgical technology program.
• Enrolled/near completion within the last 12 months of an approved surgical technician program.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to surgical technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instrument coordination and passing during cases under supervision.
• Collaborate with circulating RN to ensure timely case flow and reduced downtime.
• Maintain adherence to AORN/AST standards for patient safety and care.
