Essentia Health seeks a surgical technologist to serve in the operating room at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, Minnesota. The role covers a rotating schedule with five 8-hour shifts one week and four the next, including weekends, nights, and a holiday rotation. Relocation assistance is available.

MinimumEducation: Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program. BCLS certification within 1 month of hire; Surgical Technologist certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 1 month of hire.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions under the supervision of an RN in providing technical interventions in the Operating Room to patients of all ages.
• Responsible for tasks relating to instrumentation, equipment, prosthesis, and supplies.

Essentia Health is seeking a surgical technologist to serve in the operating room at St. Mary's Medical Center, located in Duluth, Minnesota. This surgical technologist works five 8-hour shifts one week and four the next. Shifts are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, and 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. One weekend and four night shifts are required on a four-week rotating schedule. A holiday rotation is also required. Relocation assistance is available.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
