Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking surgical technologist students to serve in the operating room at our hospital on 32nd Avenue in Fargo, North Dakota. Selected applicants will receive a $20,000 educational assistance benefit in exchange for serving at Essentia Health for a contracted period of 2 years after graduation.

You must be currently enrolled in an accredited Surgical Technologist program to qualify. Enrollment in prerequisites or a certificate program will not qualify you for this benefit.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist is required within one year of hire.

• AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required within 1 month of hire.

• Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) with the North Dakota Board of Nursing is required upon hire.
