Career Land Center, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Surgical Services in Denver, CO to head a 125-FTE surgical services division across two locations. You will drive strategy and business development, overseeing OR operations and a multi-site footprint focused on elective outpatient care in bariatrics and orthopedics.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with a preference for a Master's or approved education plan, plus 5+ years in Surgical Services and 2–3 years at director level.

Career Land Center is hiring for a Vice President of Surgical Services at a 422-bed, Magnet-designated facility in Denver, CO, a recognized leader in comprehensive women's services, orthopedics and total joint replacement, heart and vascular care, bariatric surgery, sports medicine, and aesthetic surgery.

Responsibilities:

Report to the COO and lead a surgical services division of approximately 125 FTEs across 23 operating rooms in two locations, supported by a Director of Surgical Services and three managers. Drive strategic planning and business development for the service line, identifying new service offerings, technology advances, and market opportunities, with a primary elective outpatient focus spanning bariatrics, orthopedics, GYN, plastics, and reconstruction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or an approved education plan preferred. 5+ years of applicable experience in Surgical Services required, including acute care experience. Minimum of 2–3 years of Director-level experience required.

Schedule: Full-time, days, no weekends.
