Cleveland Clinic Health System is hiring for a Surgical Services Support Technician I at South Pointe Hospital in Warrensville Heights. The role supports the surgical services team with patient transport, assisting in operations, and maintaining sterile, safe environments during day shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, BLS certification, and at least one year of customer service experience in a team setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross required by hire or within new hire period.
• One year of customer service experience and experience working in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport patients to designated areas per nursing requests.
• Assist nursing caregivers during surgical cases as requested.
• Maintain and control support services equipment and supplies.
• Maintain the OR in an aesthetically safe and sanitary condition.
• Escort and direct customers to the appropriate source for assistance.
• Provide a safe environment for patients and their families.
• Enter job tasks into electronic computer systems.
• Assist in prepping and shaving patients for surgery.
