Cleveland Clinic's M81 Surgical Short Stay Unit seeks a caregiver to support patient care in a fast-paced surgical setting on a 3PM–11:30PM shift, every other Saturday. You will assist with vital signs, transfers, and daily living activities under a registered nurse’s supervision.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and at least one year of recent full-time patient care experience. Healthcare teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross within new hire period (nursing students must have BLS prior to hire).
• One year of recent, full-time patient care experience.
• Nursing students may substitute clinical rotation for the required experience.
• Military healthcare experience (HM, 68W, 4N0X1) may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision (vital signs, ADLs, transfers).
• Report abnormal findings to an RN.
• Help keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
