Qualifications

• RN license in the State of Wyoming.
• Experience in critical care preferred.
• CPR certification as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and document in patient record.
• Develop an age-appropriate plan of care with the health care team.
• Implement the plan of care and ensure documentation.
• Evaluate progress towards desired outcomes and revise plans.
• Educate patients and families on health status and care plans.
