Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare or related field.
• Willingness to obtain CTP or CPTC within 12 months.
• Familiarity with surgical services, organ recovery, sterilization practices.
• Strong compliance, safety and quality understanding.
• Ability to lead people and processes in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and coaching with teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Contributes to departmental goals and initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Operational Management: Oversees daily operations, scheduling, and resources.
• Talent & Culture Development: Mentors staff, provides coaching, supports HR staffing and development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partners with peers and external partners for coordination.
• Surgical Services Oversight: Manages organ preservation procedures, workflow, compliance, data analysis.
• Additional Responsibilities: Participates in meetings, audits, training, and policy updates.
