Qualifications

• Current Utah nursing license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS) required.
• CNOR certification required within twelve months of hire.
• Two years clinical experience in the operating room required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and sustain patient and family centered care.
• Collaborate with Director on department staffing.
• Coordinate functions with staff, physicians, and other hospital departments.
