Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a Nurse Manager Surgical Services to lead perioperative teams at a Southern California outpatient ASC, advancing high-quality care across the preoperative and post-anesthesia phases.

The RN Manager will oversee Pre-Op and PACU activities, coordinate patient flow, ensure adequate staffing, and mentor a multidisciplinary team while collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and operations to uphold safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Perioperative leadership experience is implied by the Nurse Manager role.
• Experience guiding nursing teams in perioperative settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Pre-Op and PACU activities.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Support employee development and mentorship.
• Monitor quality indicators and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure infection prevention and regulatory compliance.
