Job summary

Heart Hospital of Austin is seeking a Surgical Services Inventory/Supply Coordinator to manage and optimize supply flow across the department, including main ORs, CVOR, PACU, Endoscopy and Central Sterile. You will analyze data, report findings, and implement cost-saving strategies in collaboration with Supply Chain and the OR Analyst.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of direct experience; CVOR experience is preferred.

• CVOR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing inventory, consignment inventory, and bulk buy initiatives.
• Analyzing data and providing reports as needed.
• Developing and implementing ongoing strategies to contain costs.
• Responsibilities for implementing and managing yearly fiscal inventory.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with Supply Chain.
• Partnering with the OR Analyst.
• Other duties as assigned.
