Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking an RN to join a Surgical Services Float Pool, providing care across Pre-Op and PACU in multiple hospital locations within the Greater Charlotte and Winston-Salem areas.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and communication, with opportunities for clinical growth and alignment to the First Do No Harm principle across the continuum of perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license or valid compact state license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of Pre-Op and PACU experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care across Pre-Op, OR and PACU settings as part of the float pool.
• Ensure patient safety and contribute to a safe care environment.
• Collaborate with teams in sterile processing, operating rooms, Pre-Op/Phase II, and PACU.
