Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. seeks a Nursing Director Surgical Services to lead the Glendale, Arizona surgical services team, overseeing budget, staffing, quality and patient experience.

The role requires five years of nursing management in a hospital and a Bachelor’s degree, with MSN preferred. You will collaborate with physicians, manage Kronos/payroll edits, and ensure compliance with JCAHO and safety standards while driving service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: Five years experience in nursing management in a hospital setting with three years supervisory experience required.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent minimum experience requirements.
• Certifications: Current Arizona Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Budget preparation and adherence based on volume.
• Responsible for Supply Chain Management for Department needs.
• Monitor productivity/cost per unit of service on a regular basis to meet budgetary guidelines.
• Engage physicians to promote physician relations and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain and monitor regulatory requirements (JCAHO and others).
