Job summary

UpLevel Sourcing, LLC seeks a Director of Surgical Services for our Arizona hospital. The role leads a large OR program, aligning staffing, operations and patient care standards to drive excellence.

The candidate brings RN leadership experience, AZ RN license, ACLS, and a proven track record managing high-volume OR environments. Relocation support and a competitive package are offered in this Arizona desert oasis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing 15+ OR suites.
• At least 3 years as Director of OR in a critical care hospital.
• Active Arizona RN license or compact state license.
• ACLS certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 9 ORs and 2 Endoscopy suites at main hospital; plus 4 OR and 2 Endo suites at outpatient center.
• Directly manage 3 Managers and 85 FTEs across facilities.
• Ensure care standards in over 4,346 procedures annually.
