Job summary

UpLevel Sourcing, LLC invites experienced nursing leaders to become Director of Surgical Services at a 200-bed acute care facility in the Phoenix area. Lead surgical services, set policies, supervise staff, and drive operational excellence.

Minimum five years in nursing management, three in supervision; active Arizona RN license; BSN or higher; MSN preferred; wound care and hyperbaric training; relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, business administration, management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• MSN degree is a significant advantage for advanced leadership.
• Active Arizona RN license required or eligible.
• Training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy from a recognized provider is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct policy, procedure, standard, and objective development for the department.
• Maintain budgetary accountability and resource planning for surgical services.
• Drive continuous improvement, coordinate services, and ensure standard of care alignment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety across surgical services.
• Oversee supply chain management and procurement to support operative goals.
