Job summary

You will guide integration of services with physicians and hospital leadership, drive performance improvements, and maintain compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards while focusing on patient, staff, and community needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Five years of nursing management experience in a hospital with at least three years of supervisory duties.
• Current Arizona Registered Nurse license.
• For Wound Care: training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy from a nationally recognized provider.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises nursing staff and workflow.
• Maintains budgetary accountability and monitors cost per unit of service.
• Ensures compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards.
• Develops and maintains department policies, procedures, and competencies.
• Interacts with physicians and leadership to improve patient experience.
