Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Education: Master’s Degree: Preferred
• Experience: Seven years' related experience: Preferred
• Experience: Five years' leadership experience: Preferred
• Experience: Four years' experience of acute care nursing in hospital setting: Preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Licenses/Certifications: National specialty certification in area of expertise or in nursing administration: Preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS certification: Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Creates and drives a culture of superior quality and patient safety while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assesses unit business strategies and develops programs in response to market needs.
• Supervises patient care quality and guides staff through teaching and initiatives.
• Manages staffing ratios, competencies, and performance evaluations.
• Develops engaging workplaces and uses technology for continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
