Job summary

You will strategize with senior leadership on program expansion, care models, and cost containment, while ensuring high-quality patient care in a historic Napa Valley community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent required.
• Master's Degree in business administration, management, health care management, or related field preferred.
• Seven years' technical experience preferred.
• Three years' multi-clinic management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs outpatient operations to ensure high-quality, cost-effective medical services.
• Directs overall clinical, quality, administrative and fiscal aspects of the organization.
• Provides leadership and oversight of Clinical Service Managers and senior level staff.
• Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems.
