Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required.
• RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Seven years related experience preferred.
• Five years leadership experience preferred.
• Four years acute care nursing in hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall supervision of nursing for patient care units.
• Coordinate services to support hospital strategy and mission.
• Establish staffing, policies, and compliance across departments.
