MedCadre is seeking an OR scrub specialist for CVOR cases in Santa Barbara. The role requires recent CVOR experience and recent vascular cases, with on-site hospital duties and strict documentation in EPIC.

Work 4x10 hour shifts with variable start times (0630–1700 or 0845–1915). On-call is required and there may be occasional float to outpatient settings. A minimum 2 years of scrub experience in General, Orthopedics, Spine, and Neuro is expected, with BLS certs.

Notes on Working Weekend Night Shift

**If working weekend night shift, there will not be additional call required, but there will be an option to pick up if desired.

Notes on Regular Shifts

If working "regular shifts" (0645-1715; 0900-1900; 1100-2100 & 1300-2300, call will be assigned accordingly, that is approximately 6-8 in 6 weeks.**

Minimum 2 yrs. Experience Required, NO 1st Time Travelers Scrub Aseptic Technique Surgery: General, Ortho/Spine/Total Joints, Neuro, Neuro/Spine Equipment/Systems Exp. Preferred: Cranial Navigation Stealth Ortho Navigation Mako Robotics XI COVID Vaccination required.

All RTO must be on initial submittal. Please ensure that all requested time off is included for entire length of contract.
