Qualifications

• Current RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
• 1-2 years of surgical RN experience, including circulation, PreOp, PACU, and Infusion.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating staff scheduling, education, and performance evaluations
• Providing direct patient care within scope and standards
• Supporting unit operations to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
• Performing quality assurance and assisting with compliance and accreditation standards
• Serving as a resource on clinical policies and procedures
• Participating in performance improvement and continuing education initiatives
• Providing coverage across shifts and units as needed; may be on-call
