Job summary

Treasure Coast Center for Surgery is hiring a Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech for a full-time role. The Technologist scrubs for procedures, maintains sterile fields, and prepares supplies and equipment as part of the surgical team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a surgical technician program, and state/center certification as required. Ambulatory center experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; completion of Surgical Technician Program or equivalent.
• Certification as required by state/center.
• Prior ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their application.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions and settings.
• Must excel in teamwork and communication with staff and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Supports the Surgery Center's philosophy, objectives, and goals.
