SurgCenter of Palm Beach Gardens is a leading outpatient surgical facility seeking a Surgical Scrub Tech to support a streamlined surgical team. The role centers on maintaining a sterile field, assisting with procedures, and ensuring supplies and equipment are ready for operations.

The ideal candidate has a surgical technician background, understands aseptic technique, and excels in teamwork and communication with staff and physicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; completion of Surgical Tech program or equivalent.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Prior ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions; teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Supports quality improvement activities and team goals.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to coordinate care.
