Laser & Surgery Center of Palm Beaches is seeking a Surgical Scrub Technician to join our ophthalmic surgery team. You will scrub for procedures, maintain sterile fields, and prepare instruments while collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure smooth, patient-centered care at our state-of-the-art Palm Beach facility.

Ideal candidates hold a Surgical Technician program certification, a high school diploma, and state/center certifications as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with Surgical Technician program or equivalent.
• Certification as required by state/center.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and patient management.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and supports the surgical team.
• Maintains a sterile field during procedures.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.
• Supports quality improvement activities.
