Palm Beach International Surgery Center - Paley Institute, part of United Surgical Partners International, is hiring a Surgical Technologist Scrub Tech for PRN shifts in West Palm Beach, FL. The role scrubs for procedures, maintains a sterile field, and supports the surgical team throughout patient care.

Qualifications include a surgical technician program or equivalent, HS diploma, and state certification as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Surgical Technician Program or equivalent experience.
• State and/or center certification as required.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Teamwork and clear communication with staff and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and maintain sterile field.
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Assist the surgical team and coordinate with physicians.
• Support quality improvement activities within the center.
