Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Windows environments.
• Competency using EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide informational packets before they leave the clinic.
• Serve as the primary contact, ensuring clear communication with surgeon and staff.
• Deliver vision correction counsel and promote premium services.
• Promote and close sales on Vision Correction with eligible patients.
• Discuss and review finance options, including Alphaeon or Care Credit.
• Explain payment protocols and accepted payment methods.
• Coordinate information with the surgery center and insurance coordination team.
• Set appointments for pre-surgery testing and post-op visits.
• Other duties as assigned.
