Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & facilitate patient care administratively.
• Schedule outpatient surgeries & procedures.
• Update patient clinical, demographic & financial information in Center systems.
• Communicate with leadership about equipment, people and services needs.
• Participate in quality/operations improvement processes.
• Track cancellations and monitor block time.
• Provide coverage to Center’s business office functions when needed.
• Support medical record maintenance and other clerical tasks.
• Provide customer service to patients, families and healthcare team.
