Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with surgery case information/operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgical schedules with surgeons across OR, Oncology, and Endoscopy/Bronchoscopy Labs.
• Ensure pre-admission testing appointments are scheduled and efficiently block-scheduled.
• Verify equipment, room specifications, and preferences to support the scheduled cases.
