• Provides administrative and scheduling support to Otolaryngology faculty.
• Serves as primary surgery scheduler, optimizing operating room utilization.
• Manages calls and messages as needed.
• Maintains a positive patient experience.
• Coordinates incoming patient referrals.
• Takes inventory of clinic supplies and orders as needed.
• Maintains exam room stock daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
