• Coordinate patient follow-up and track via Refract Tracker and EPIC.
• Prepare admission reservations with demographics and insurance details.
• Obtain pre-certifications and referrals prior to procedures.
• Communicate financial arrangements and collect pre-payments.
• Provide pre and postoperative instruction to patients.
