You will obtain prior authorizations, verify coverage, and coordinate across surgeons, OR staff, clinics, and patients to keep case preparation seamless, even during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Coordinate surgical scheduling and master calendar management for orthopedic spine and trauma cases to optimize operating room utilization and surgical team readiness.
• Obtain prior authorizations and verify insurance coverage for complex surgical procedures to prevent care delays and avoid financial barriers.
• Manage end-to-end perioperative communications across surgeons, hospital OR staff, clinic teams and patients to ensure seamless case preparation.
• Maintain complete schedule accuracy independently in a fast-paced environment, making real-time updates as emergency trauma cases arise.
