Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an OR Assistant to support the surgical team across adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. You will assist in patient positioning, transfers, and ensuring rapid room turnover between cases in a busy operating room environment.

Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma and Heart Saver certification within 60 days of hire. The role is full-time, on-site, with 40 hours per week and a pay range of $20.00–$26.92 per hour.

Qualificações

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Heart Saver certification required within 60 days of hire date from American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in positioning and transferring of adolescent/adult/geriatric patients.
• Assists in positioning of patients for surgical procedures.
• Holds extremity for skin prep and assists in transferring patients from the OR table to PACU or bed.
• Responsible for prompt room turnover and cleaning between cases.
• Disposes of soiled linen, trash, and replaces with clean supplies; cleans floors and surfaces.
