Responsibilities

• Assists in positioning and transferring adolescent/adult/geriatric patients.
• Assists in positioning patients for surgical procedures.
• Delivers and assists with patient transport between OR, PACU and room.
• Maintains room turnover and cleaning between cases; disposes of soiled linen and replaces with clean laundry bag.
• Uses PPE and follows infection control precautions.
• Assists staff in PACU or other Surgical Services units as needed.
