Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr NPI Software Engineer for Surgical Robotics—OTTAVA, onsite in Santa Clara. You will lead the design and validation of manufacturing test solutions for electro-mechanical components within a medical robotics platform.

You will develop test software, fixtures, and data acquisition systems, while mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, CS or related field required.
• Experience with instrumentation automation and scripting languages.
• Experience with test equipment and fixtures is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, qualification, and implementation of manufacturing test solutions for electro-mechanical components.
• Develop test algorithms, scripts, data acquisition and measurement systems for repeatability.
• Write well designed, testable code and automate test processes.
• Provide mentoring and project oversight across the product lifecycle.
