Kelly Engineering is hiring a Manufacturing Tech to join the Systems Capital team in San Jose, CA. You will help assemble, test, and validate electromechanical Surgical robotics devices, documenting production work per GDP standards.
The role requires 2+ years of manufacturing experience, HS diploma or higher, and proficiency with hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and basic electronics. 1st shift, $34–$37 hourly, with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in technical/vocational manufacturing.
- Proven ability to build complex electromechanical systems.
- Proficient with hand tools, precision instruments, and basic electronics.
- Strong focus on safety and quality compliance.
- HS diploma; vocational cert or associate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and validate electromechanical assemblies per SOPs.
- Maintain GDP-compliant production documentation.
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment and test gear.
- Troubleshoot complex assemblies and report nonconformances.
- Support R&D and new product introductions.
