The Technician II will perform hands-on electromechanical assembly of sophisticated medical-device products, including work associated with robotic/digital systems and surgical power tools.
A typical day starts with the team's Tier 1 meeting, where the team reviews prior-day performance, discusses expectations for the current day and receives assignments.
The technician then receives their work orders and assembly tools and works through defined manufacturing operations step-by-step to assemble the assigned robot/digital product or power tool. Work continues through the required operations until completion, and technicians may also participate in final testing of the finished assembly.
