Job summary
Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Clinical Sales Representative for Appleton, WI to drive end-to-end sales and clinical success for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System. You will lead demonstrations, educate physicians, and support post-installation adoption to achieve utilization and revenue goals.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in medical device or healthcare/B2B sales, with up to 75% travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in Medical Device/Healthcare or B2B sales.
- Travel up to 75% (overnight within territory).
- Work in hospital/ASC settings; wear protective gear as needed.
- Able to explain technical product and clinical disease-state knowledge to physicians and buyers.
- Self-starter; organized; capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Frequent communication with sales management and organization.
- Operate in a regulated ISO 13485; 21 CFR 820 environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet revenue targets.
- Drive Ottava utilization and expand the user-base within qualified accounts.
- Maintain an up-to-date strategic territory business plan and forecasts.
- Partner with Field Sales Territory Manager to maximize sales.
- Lead technical/clinical product demonstrations to drive adoption.
- Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales.
- Implement post-sales installation and adoption protocols with teams.
- Support customers in clinical adoption and achieving goals.
- Develop expert knowledge of Ottava products and market trends.
