The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods – Boardman, OH is seeking a dedicated Surgery RN to join our team. This full-time role supports the perioperative unit with direct patient care in a physician-owned environment.

Position features 32 hours per week across four weekdays, with a schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and no weekends or major holidays. Join a premier facility focused on clinical excellence and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving; ability to delegate in surgical team.
• Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Circulating nurse role in surgical procedures, verifying patient identity and planned intervention.
• Prepare and verify equipment, supplies, and instruments for procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning and prepare operative site per protocol.
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout perioperative care.
• Document patient care details accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with team to support optimal patient outcomes and patient experience.
• Conserve resources while maintaining high standards of care.
