Job summary

You will assemble and inspect instruments, monitor aseptic technique, anticipate the surgeon’s needs, manage instrument care, and support patient safety in a fast-paced OR. Prior OR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Surgical Scrub Technician course from an accredited program.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Prior Operating Room experience is highly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Surgical Precision: Assemble, arrange, and inspect instruments and supplies for procedures.
